Bown Crossing Dentistry and Dr Cierra Kocik is great. We're glad to have them in our neighborhood. Dr Kocik is thorough and knowledgeable and explains critical things in a very understandable way. You will like her and the whole staff.

We were visiting Boise from Seattle for a few days when, unfortunately, my husband’s front tooth cap came off Thursday evening. By Friday morning, we had tried over-the-counter crown cement twice with no success and were starting to worry. We were so grateful to be able to get a same-day 1:00 pm appointment with Dr. Kocik at Bown Crossing Dental. Dr. Kocik and her entire team were excellent—kind, professional, and efficient. Dr. Kocik quickly noticed that my husband’s bite was putting pressure on the cap, which likely caused it to come off, even though the front caps were placed less than a year ago. She made a precise adjustment to the cap placement to correct the issue and explained everything clearly. We visit Boise a couple of times a year and, after this experience, we will be moving our dental care to Bown Crossing. They are truly fantastic, and we couldn’t be more thankful for their help!

Very nice overall experience. Dr. Kocik gave me a thorough yet succinct explanation of where and why I am having issues with my teeth, and Ezekial was very kind and helpful explaining the cost, what insurance would cover, etc. I am glad I found this dentist close to where I work.
